Courses maintain a familiar look and feel throughout the degree program. Each course includes videos, readings, assessments, and discussions. Due dates are the same. Differences reflect faculty style, course goals, and responses to student feedback and performance.
Your course syllabus will detail all assignment due dates. At the beginning of the week, look at the requirements for that week and build a work schedule.

Students who, because of unanticipated, documented circumstances or events, fail to complete all course requirements within the course period may ask the professor to grant Incomplete grade ("I") for the course. An approved "Incomplete Grade Contract" must be completed and signed by both the student and the professor.
Students must currently have a passing grade to be eligible for a grade of Incomplete. Students receiving an "I" grade will have until the end of the next term (two courses) to finish and submit coursework to the professor. If a student fails to complete all course components by the deadline, the missing components will be factored into the student's final grade and forwarded to the Registrar.

Please note the rules below regarding name changes prior to making this request. You may request a Name Change Form from Student Services at academicservices@ace.edu.
