American College of Education offers online courses that last five weeks each, with a one-week break in between classes. Students take one course at a time during each five-week “term”. Courses are offered continuously throughout the calendar year in a set sequence following the five-weeks-on and one-week-off pattern.
The College offers numerous start dates throughout the year. Once students start classes on one start date, they stay within the established course sequence. Students are registered automatically by the College for the next course they need to take. In order to ensure continuous enrollment for timely program completion, students will continue to take their courses following the pre-determined sequence based on their start date and when the courses are offered.
All students should be aware of the following policies that are in place at the College:
- Completed admission applications are due one week before classes begin.
- Payment agreements and first tuition payments must be received one week before the course start in order to be enrolled in class.
- Students have until Friday of the first week of class to drop the course with full course tuition refund.
