Compatibility Issue

We understand that some students are having troubles logging in to MyACE Student Portal. When some students log in to the portal they are getting kicked out. The following statement is from the manufacturer of the portal:

On 26 February 2013, Internet Explorer 10 was made available for download to all Windows 7 SP1 users. We are aware of IE 10 compatibility issues with CampusVue Portal. As Microsoft pushes this upgrade more and more users will come across these.

Some users have reported improvements using Compatibility Mode with IE10. However, we have not certified this configuration. If your users wish to use this they may, but we are not confident that it will resolve all of their issues. We recommend using the approved browsers (listed below).

We plan to certify IE 10 later this year. We will accelerate this effort in light of Microsoft's efforts to push these updates. We will update this post with the anticipated certification date once known.
