I currently work for the Lincoln County R-3 School District in Troy, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. We have 6,500 students pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. I am the Director of Elementary Curriculum and Federal Programs. Prior to this position, I was the principal and assistant principal at an elementary school in Troy and before that a second and third grade teacher for 12 years. I have my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I have been an adjunct at a local university for ten years. My family loves spending time outdoors. My husband and I have been married for 22 years. Our daughter attends Missouri Baptist University and our son is a Sophomore in high school.
