Donna Brackin, Ed.D.

Dr. Donna Moucha Brackin, NBCT, is joining the Department of Leadership & Administration as a part-time adjunct faculty member. Donna has served as chair, assistant dean, graduate coordinator, assistant professor in differentiated instruction, and PK4/SPED in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. She began her career as a classroom teacher in grades 2, 3, and 5 in high poverty areas of Mississippi and Arkansas. She completed the Harvard Management Development Program and has obtained her Literacy and Reading endorsement. She serves on site teams for CAEP accreditation visits and is a university reviewer for the Journal of Education Research and Practice. Donna and her husband enjoy traveling and she is an avid gardener. When not traveling, they spends most of their free time with their family and grandson, Jaxson Wyatt.
