Dr. Erick Aguilar has significant experience in banking and government, including more than 20 years in administrative and leadership roles. He has 11 years of experience in teaching leadership, management, operations, history, philosophy, and computer information systems at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, he has served as a dissertation chair and committee member.

As a faculty member and lifelong learner, Dr. Aguilar is interested in topics spanning from history, education, and philosophy to business management. He resides in MN.
