Dr. Erin K. Jurand joined the department of Teaching and Learning. Erin graduated with a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University. She is a national board certified teacher. She has taught fifth grade, second grade, and special education. Erin is married to a Colonel in the Army and has taught in six states contributing to her knowledge and diverse background. She has four children ages 6-12. Erin loves to cook, read, learn, and enjoy the beauty of nature in her downtime.
