Dr. Hector Esquivel joins as Adjunct Faculty, Department of Leadership and Administration. He is an experienced educator with more than 27 years of experience as a classroom teacher, coach, academic dean, high school principal, and university adjunct professor. He is currently in his 10th year as a high school principal in Texas. During this time, Dr. Esquivel has been fortunate to lead various comprehensive large high schools in the San Antonio area. Dr. Esquivel is passionate about working in diverse economically disadvantaged communities to transform the lives of students and staff by focusing on effective change through the merging of data with intuition, imagination, and innovation. His experience working as a high school principal and as a university educational leadership adjunct will benefit ACE students seeking their educational leadership credentials.
