She completed her doctoral studies in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technology and Distance Education in August 2015. Her research centered around student satisfaction of online degree programs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Iman is currently Department Chairman for the Environmental and Occupational Management department at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
