Dr. Jason Johnston has served as an adjunct professor and internship supervisor for American College of Education since 2010. In addition to his role with ACE, he currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for a district in north Texas. During his 20-year career in education, he served as an administrator, teacher, and coach at both the high school and middle school levels. While serving as a middle school principal, he was awarded the H-E-B Excellence in Education Texas Secondary School Principal of the year.
Dr. Johnston believes the key to any successful organization, whether it is a school or a family, lies in the ability of the leader to equip, empower, and encourage the individuals he or she serves.
