Dr. Julie Dutko joins ACE as Adjunct Faculty, Teaching & Learning. Julie has 17 years of experience in the K-12 setting. Her K-12 experiences include serving as an elementary classroom teacher, Response to Intervention Facilitator, Instructional Lead Strategist, middle school Assistant Principal, and elementary school Principal. Her main focus as a coach and administrator was to ensure high quality instruction through teacher clarity, effective Professional Learning Communities, and the development of a positive school culture. For the last three years, she has served in higher education in both online and face to face formats. Her instructional focus has been effective assessment and curriculum methods. Julie has obtained several education degrees including a B.S. in Elementary Education, a master’s degree in Instructional Technology, a specialist degree in Educational Leadership and another in Curriculum and Instruction, and finally a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. Julie is thrilled to join the ACE team!
