Dr. Kathleen Stroud has 30 years of experience in P-12 Education including work as a special educator, counselor, and principal. Dr. Stroud has been teaching and leading in Higher Education since 2010 in the areas of leadership and administration, teacher preparation, principal preparation, educational leadership, teacher leadership, and higher education.
