Laura Maloney, Ed.D.

Dr. Laura Maloney envisions a world where there are no educational boundaries for students of any age. To this end, she has dedicated her career to breaking down barriers for all students, including the underserved. In the past decade, Dr. Maloney has served in instructional and administrative roles for public education, both in brick-and-mortar and virtual settings for grades 6-12. She was principal for six years, leading her online K-12 school through partnerships with Florida school districts to create blended learning communities and virtual learning labs. She is also a professor in higher education and actively serves on dissertation committees for doctoral candidates at ACE.
Dr. Maloney earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Ed.D. in Leadership from American College of Education; her doctoral research focused on blended learning. She first earned an M.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Barry University and has a plethora of experience in the business and finance industry along with team development, training, personnel management and evaluation, and strategic planning.
