Dr. Luster Fowler is an experienced and accomplished higher education and healthcare management professional with knowledge of instructional technology, institutional and programmatic accreditation, education research, adult education, and implementation management.
As an educator, Dr. Fowler engages in multiple K-12 and post-secondary initiatives and projects designated to provide substantive pathways for students to ease the transition process to post-secondary education. Examples of some of the initiatives include, but are not limited to AP course support, dual credit and dually enrolled opportunities, professor on loan, and collaborative internship and externship opportunities. Dr. Fowler is also engaged in the processes of assessment and accreditation in the higher education landscape serving as an accreditation site visitor for the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) as well as an accreditation Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
