Precious Goodson, Ed.D.

Dr. Precious Goodson earned her EdD in Instructional Design and eLearning from Northcentral University. She also completed both her EdS and MEd degrees in Technology in Education at Lesley University, while serving as a full-time teacher in Georgia public schools. Also, Dr. Goodson completed her B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the State University of West Georgia.
She comes with ten years of experience in public education, which include teaching grades K-5 as a classroom teacher and teaching grades K-5 as an Augmented Early Intervention Program teacher, and where she served on various technology committees and trained teachers to integrate technology into their classrooms.
Dr. Goodson is married to a retired Army veteran, holds teacher certification in two states, and advocates for military families. Her experience contributed to her research to explore the development of an eLearning curriculum for the adult, military caregiver population. She has also written and revised graduate and undergraduate courses, as a Curriculum Writer and SME with CSU-Global and Independence University. Dr. Goodson has presented and published her research in conferences that include the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE) and the American Congress of Rehabilitative Medicine (ACRM). She enjoys serving on various boards that serve the military caregiver community. She and her family reside near Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
