My name is Sara Jimenez Soffa, and I earned my PhD in 2007 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA). I have 15 years experience as an administrator in Higher Education, mostly at small, liberal arts colleges, where I created and promoted new programs and developed curriculum.  I have been teaching courses in leadership and research methods courses for fifteen years. I am an inclusive leader who specializes in assessment, research discernment, and research design.  I have advised over 100 students through the dissertation process. I have instructional design experience in the online environment and I've taught online for the last ten years. I live in Madison with my husband, Gerardo, and three boys, Isandro (18), Mateo (16), and Andres (14).
