Susan Reutter, Ed.D.

Susan S. Reutter earned her MS in Human Services with a Criminal Justice Socialization from Capella University in 2006 and her Doctor of Educational Leadership in 2018 from Drake University. In 2007, she began instructing (adjunct) Criminology and Sociology face-to-face and online at her local community (2011-present) college. She went on to become an adjunct Instructor for Buena Vista University (2008-present), DeVry University (2009-2016), Franklin University (2010-2016), and another local community college in 2010. Her course list expanded as well, including: Marriage and Family, Juvenile Delinquency, Professional Ethics, Research Methods, Human Services Ethics, and Diversity for She has consistently promoted professional development by attending conferences and furthering her education. Susan promotes life-long learning, growth mindset and is known for being passionate about effective leadership, assessment, honesty, and ethics.
Life-long learning and growth mindset are important to professional development. Therefore, Susan created and disseminated the following Professional Continuing Education Course/Units. All professions are the beneficiaries of the information presented. All professions involve many levels of social dynamics. Each course is original content, referenced, offers a quiz assessment and certificate for completion.
