Julie Luby

Julie is an assistant superintendent of schools in a small PreK-12 school district in Connecticut. She has been an educator for almost 30 years, having taught a wide range of subjects across almost all of the grades and been a building principal at the elementary, intermediate and high school level. She is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Leadership from ACE.

Julie lives in Newtown, Connecticut with her three fabulous children and two dogs. She has one daughter who just graduated from college, a second daughter who is in college studying to be a nurse and a son in high school. Julie's love of all things educational has kept her very involved with her children's schools as well as allowed her to be a resource to friends and neighbors. She's also a mentor to those earlier in their education careers.
