Al Richard brings 39 years of experience in education to the ACE faculty. He has an extensive knowledge of both public and private education systems as he has served as a district-level director of student services, district-level director of athletics, high school principal, junior high principal, high school assistant principal, elementary assistant principal, private school headmaster, and classroom teacher.

Because he has always enjoyed shaping future educational leaders, Mr. Richard has served as a mentor administrator for Master of Education candidates throughout his career in education.
