Andrew McCullough, Ed.D.

Dr. McCullough is the Chief Clinical Officer of a nonprofit behavioral health agency in Central Arkansas. He also sees patients through a national telehealth practice and at a substance abuse treatment program for pregnant and parenting women.  Over the past 17 years, he has practiced in both hospital and outpatient programs, including Mayo Clinic and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  He is committed to the counseling community, and provides clinical supervision for entry-level professinals across Arkansas.  Clinical supervison as both a healthcare and leadership practice is a great interest and was the topic of his dissertation.  Andy is excited to return to American College of Education, where he graduated in 2020 with an Ed.D in Leadership and Health and Wellness. He also holds a master's degree in mental health counseling and a bachelor's degree in alcohol and drug counseling. Away from the office, Andy enjoys time with his wife and adult children. He can often be found around town on his bike or on his sailboat at the lake.
