Carli graduated from American College of Education with her doctorate in Leadership with a focus in STEM. Carli was born and raised in Ohio. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree from University of Toledo in 2005, she and her husband, who is also an educator, moved to Charleston, South Carolina where she has served as a middle school math teacher and instructional coach for the past 15 years. Dr. Manchester also received her Gifted and Talented Certification from College of Charleston (2006), M.Ed. in Secondary Administration and Supervision from Charleston Southern University (2010), Cognitive Coach Training (2012), and Competency-Based Education Certification from MIT (2019). Dr. Manchester is part of the Kappa Delta Pi International Honors Society. In her leisure time, Carli enjoys spending time with her husband and kids at family barbecues, outdoors, swimming, riding bikes, and playing sports. Carli is extremely excited to return to ACE as a member of the ACE faculty family.
