Eiman Eltinay was born in Khartoum, Sudan, grew up in Ohio, and now lives in Jacksonville, Florida. 

Ms. Eltinay studies vitamin D deficiency and its effects on the quality of life and nutritional status of older adults. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and practicing pilates.
