Dr. Harold L. Fisher, Jr. has been serving as a full-time professor at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, Texas, for the last eight years teaching computer applications and leadership courses. 

Prior to becoming a professor, Dr. Fisher taught in K-12 environments for eight years. He has eight years of experience teaching and developing online courses using Blackboard, Canvas, Desire 2 Learn, and Moodle learning management systems in undergraduate and graduate learning environments. Additionally, he is the author of six books and has published peer-reviewed articles focused on the best practices of online course design and online teaching effectiveness.
