Kelsey Carroll, Ed.D.

Dr. Kelsey Carroll has been in the education field since 2009. She received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University as well as her Masters of Science in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership. Dr. Carroll first started teaching elementary students and early on in her career specialized in ELL curriculum and instruction. She has taught both 2nd and 3rd grade as well as preK-5 ELL students as an ELL specialist. Upon receiving her Master's degree, Dr. Carroll transitioned into adult teaching through community outreach courses. Later, she taught at the Center for English as a Second Language at the University of Oklahoma which at that time she began pursuing her doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in ELL from Northcentral University, which she completed in 2019. Her most recent position was an Instructional Design Specialist for Mid America Christian University where she helped design and create meaningful and effective online courses for adult learners. Dr. Carroll now serves as an adjunct for Mid American Christian University where she teaches and at times writes courses for the Masters of Education program.
