Dr. Kim Sethna has held several educational leadership positions throughout her career, including Elmentary Principal, Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, Interim Superintendent, School Board Member, and Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children.
Currently, Dr. Sethna is a senior core fauclty member at American College of Education where she teaches graduate level course in Law and Policy, Assessment Strategies and Diverse Learners. She is also an adjunct professor for graduate education courses at Ursuline College in Cleveland, Ohio where she teaches Literacy and Reading Perspectives, Content Area Reading and Reading and Assessment. Dr. Sethna is also an educational supervisor for student teachers from Kent State University, Elementary Education Department.

Texas M.Ed. in Educational Leadership Master of Education
The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership program instructs aspiring school administrators in current scientific research, pedagogy, and instructional technology. Students are empowered to maximize school effectiveness and improve supervision and leadership skills in diverse P-12 school settings. Students will develop the strategies required to lead for learning, including creating a school-wide vision and using data to inform decision-making.
