Dr. Lisa Thomas will be joining ACE as an adjunct in the Doctoral LEAD program. She is currently a SME and Adjunct Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University. Previously, Lisa was an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management and Business Administration for Marygrove College where she instructed courses in Human Resources Information Systems, Strategic Compensation, Accounting, and Managerial Finance. Lisa instructed courses for Proprietary Institutions and assisted in developing and launching new program offerings. Lisa is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Board Certified Executive Coach (BCC) with specialty designations in Health/Wellness Coaching, Career Coaching, and Personal/Life Coaching. Lisa uses her knowledge, skills, and experience to assist clients in areas of goal setting, personal and professional growth, and development, and Self-awareness/emotional intelligence. Lisa is looking forward to being a part of the ACE Community.
