Mark Anderson, Ed.D.

Dr. Mark Anderson is an experienced adult education practitioner. He began his career in the Air Force where he provided technical instruction for aircrew communications, curriculum-development, assessment, and leadership. He has over 20 years of experience and expertise in design, implementation, and sustainability of system-wide programs, especially in the areas of analytics, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Anderson’s training includes start up, rapid-change, multi-site operations, Lean, Six Sigma, and other catalyst programs. He has proven successes for initiatives greater than 25% of market cap. Recently, he has held administrative roles in higher education including adjunct graduate and doctoral faculty; DBA chair; dissertation chair; director of institutional effectiveness; AVP for curriculum, assessment & research; IRB chair; and now the Vice President for Lean Higher Education at National American University. He currently serves as a senior university leader responsible for all aspects of Lean.
