Natalie Pelham,

Natalie Pelham began her career in Jacksonville, Florida, where she won several awards for her work teaching fifth grade at Annie R. Morgan Elementary. After earning her master’s degree at ACE in 2014, she transitioned to a role at a local university where she helped train pre-service teachers complete their student teaching and internship requirements.

As Ms. Pelham earned her own degree while working full time, she is well-acquainted with the challenges of continuing her education while balancing her professional and personal commitments. She appreciated ACE’s approach to learning so much that she took on her current role as Director of Faculty Training and Development in 2017.

Ms. Pelham resides in Florida with her husband and children.
