Raymond Carver, Ed.D.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Carver has served as a soldier, a teacher, a data specialist, a school administrator, and a college professor. His industry experience includes transportation, military, law, computers, logistics, education, and foreign language.
As a teacher, data specialist, and school administrator, Dr. Carver has worked in VPK-12 education, created curriculum, and designed several learning systems. As an adjunct professor in a hybrid learning environment, he instructed recent immigrants in life skills, English, reading, listening, and writing. He also instructed K-12 teachers on ESOL strategies to use in their classrooms to meet one of the state ESOL endorsement requirements.
Most recently, Dr. Carver has instructed college students in computer programming and system analysis and design. He is also a state certified driver license examiner who trains new drivers and assesses their driving skills. He enjoys helping others through a process of continuous improvement.
