Dr. Ruth Essler, joins as Adjunct Faculty, Doctoral Research. Ruth has an 18 year career in online high education administration and teaching. She has been a Department Chair for 7 Business Programs, a Program Director for an MSL, MBA, MPA and DBA programs, and an Assistant Program Director managing a team of 20+ adjunct faculty. Her research interests are in leadership and high-performing work teams. Ruth earned her DBA in 2016 from Argosy University; her dissertation titled Emotional Intelligence and Teacher Self Efficacy in Online Adjunct Faculty. Ruth has been an Assistant Professor; teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs. She has developed and taught many classes in the areas of organizational behavior and change, management, and leadership. Ruth enjoys helping students work through their academic journeys. She lives in FL with her husband and two dogs; loves her church, travel, sports, and attending rock concerts. She is so excited to start working with the students at ACE.
