Dr. Santanna Ward, adjunct faculty for the Department of Teaching & Learning. She holds an Ed.D. in Administrative Leadership from Carson-Newman University as well as an Educational Specialist in Administrative Leadership. Santanna also holds a Masters of Arts in Education: Elementary Education degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics with a Minor in English. Santanna has been in education for 15 years, having been a teacher at the primary and secondary level as well as an Assistant Principal/Dean of Students. Santanna is the founder/CEO of Ward & Moore Consulting, LLC, through this company she is able to live out her passion for improving education in all aspects. She has a wonderful husband Aaron Ward of 9 years, and two beautiful children Aubrey (6) and Aiden (5) who truly light her life.
