I am a Registered Nurse with over 23 years of experience. Over the last 13 years I have served as a skilled nursing facility administrator dedicated to ensuring quality of care for aging adults. I have always had a passion for teaching and mentoring other healthcare professionals. I have taught undergraduate and graduate healthcare administration courses and have mentored multiple Administrator-in-Training professionals. I have a Bachelor of Health and Master of Health Administration degree. This past year I fulfilled my goal of completing my Doctor of Health Administration degree. In my spare time I enjoy camping, gardening and spending time with my family, especially my four wonderful grandchildren!
