Commitment to Good

In 2016, ACE took the bold step of becoming a Certified B Corporation, a special designation for companies that use the power of business to tackle social and environmental problems. For ACE employees, that means 16 hours a year of paid time to volunteer however and wherever they choose – a neighborhood food pantry, a local nonprofit board, a team cleaning up the beach, or a combination of all three and more. ACE also holds yearly events for employees to volunteer together, so they can work side-by-side in person on a project and get to know each other better while improving the world for someone else.
