Students may use this form to request an expedited conferral with required documentation after a they have completed their final course.
For new students who have applied within the past year but canceled a previous enrollment.

For students living in one state or country, but will be seeking licensure in a different state

Must be submitted before a term start for the change to be implemented in that term
To be completed by Florida educators who hold a master's degree and are seeking licensure as a building administrator/principal in Florida through the alternative pathway. This form requests that ACE evaluate transcripts and provide recommended courses for alignment with Florida standards.
